CREW MANAGEMENT
Rigel Maritime Inc. carries out recruitment and selection of qualified and competent seafarers in compliance with the local and international rules and standards, crew preparation with strict adherence to the statutory, flag, and principal's requirements, deployment, training, planning strategic implementation of crew career advancement, repatriation, and rotation planning.
CREW ASSESSMENT & TRAINING
Training and familiarization of the Safety Management System of the respective principals are carried out in-house including Computer Based Trainings and Assessments that are used to further determine the competency, skill, and technical knowledge of the crew.
Crew are assessed based on their level or rank, the type of vessel where they will be assigned and sea experience. Evaluation is carried out by competent officers with relevant experience onboard and in recruitment operations.
PAYROLL & ALLOTMENT MANAGEMENT
We provide wide-ranging administrative services that include full accounting management, salary administration / payroll handling and allotment remittances for the crew. Efficiency, accuracy, and promptness is exercised by the company in the management of the payroll and allotment of the seafarers and their families.

Cost consideration is of optimum importance and budget monitoring and control is carried-out from our side systematically.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
We carry out the facilitation of flight tickets / ticketing and crew travel in the most cost-effective manner.
FAMILY CENTER
As part of our involvement to the welfare of our seafarers and their families, we closely coordinate with crew families, attend to them and provide relevant information and assistance as may be needed.
CREW CLAIMS HANDLING / P&I COORDINATION
We handle crew claims in an efficient and professional manner and ensure that it is mutually favorable to all parties.
